Brother Vrooman is a real estate and exchange broker born in St Louis where his father is a prominent attorney. He attended public schools and Washington University beginning in real estate in 1896, moving to Kansas City in 1900 and became on of the most extensive apartment builders in Kansas City, Missouri.
In 1914 he built the St. Regis Hotel at Linwood and Paseo. He is a past president of the Kansas City Aeronautical Association. He served as a Jackson County Judge from 1926-1928. Judge Vrooman is pictured below with presiding judge Harry S. Truman.
