Brother Yingling was Mason for over 65 years. He was a thoughtful and thought provoking person. He could communicate with authority on many subjects with persons on every level which is most meaningful to the young men he inspired. He was a prolific author and philosopher who contributed to the Missouri Lodge of Research, producing many articles and papers on Masonic related subjects. Illustrious brother Yingling was an inspiration to our fraternity, our Rite and to many individuals.
He served as a Corporal in the Pacific during WWII returning to Missouri to fulfill a childhood dream and become a railroad engineer.
