Illustrious Brother Pagano and his wife, Frances, owned and operated Paul Pagano Dance Studio for over 45 years. He was a member or the Masonic Order for more than 51 years; a member of Temple Lodge #299, of the Valley of Kansas City Scottish Rite Temple where he was coroneted a 33° Inspector General Honorary and of Ararat Shrine for 50 years.
