He is a past Master of Ivanhoe Lodge, He was a member of the Royal Arch Masons and a Royal and Select Masters and a 33° Mason. He was a Jester and a Knight Templar. He was a past Master of Kadosh and a Venerable Master of the Lodge of Perfection in the Scottish Rite bodies. He has served as a District Deputy Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Missouri. He was a member of the Red Cross of Constantine, a charter member and Knight of our Lords Tabernacle and a member of the Demolay Legion of Honour.
