Occupation: Physician retired, was an anesthesiologist, and is a past chairman of the Department of Surgery at North Kansas City Hospital. He served 27 of his 46 year medical career as an attending anesthesiologist at North Kansas City Hospital and he was also instrumental in opening and directing the new outpatient surgery center at the Health Services Pavilion. He served as president of the American Osteopathic College of Anesthesiologists and received honors from that organization including the Crawford-Myles Esterline award and the Distinguished Service Award.

Ill Brother Davis is a member of Alpha Masonic Lodge #659, North Kansas City, MO. He became a 32° Master of the Royal Secret at the Valley of Kansas City Scottish Rite in 1978. He was invested with the Knight Commander of the Court of Honour in 1991, served as Venerable Master, Lodge of Perfection in 1991, and was coroneted 33° Inspector General Honorary in 2009. In 1986 he served as Potentate of Ararat Shrine Temple.
