Freddie Dale Adams was born June 28, 1935 in St Joseph, Missouri. He was educated in the public schools of St Joseph where he attended Lafayette High School and St Joseph Junior College, now Missouri Western State College.

In St Joseph, he worked for Coca Cola, Rainbow Bakery and KFEQ Television. In 1965 he was recruited by Federated Insurance of Owatonna, Minnesota and accepted a position as marketing representative in Marshall, Missouri, retiring as their senior marketing representative after 28 years of service in 1994.

Brother Adams DeMolay experience began in the St Joseph Chapter of DeMolay in 1950, becoming a senior DeMolay in 1956 and later served as a Dad for the Marshall Chapter of DeMolay from 1972 to 1974. His Masonic career began in Marshall, Missouri when he was raised in Trilumina Lodge #205 in September 25, 1972. He served as Master of Trilumina Lodge in 1987. On September 25, 1990 he was appointed District Deputy Grand Master of the 24th Masonic District and served as such for three years. He was then appointed Grand Marshall in September 1993 and served as Grand Master of Missouri from 2000 to 2001.

Right Worshipful Brother Adams became a 32° Scottish Rite Mason at the Valley of Kansas City in 1992 where he remained a life member. In 2003 he was invested with the Knight Commander Court of Honour. He was a member of the Scottish Rite Research Society.

He was a member of Saline Chapter No. 74, Royal Arch Masons where he served as High Priest, and was later a member of Sedalia Chapter No. 18, Charter Member of the Ninth Arch Council No. 54 where he served as Illustrious Master. He was a member of Sedalia Council No. 42 and Missouri Commandery No. 36 where he was a past Commander. He was also a member of St Omer Commandery No. 11 of Sedalia. He was a member of the Knights of York Cross of Honour, Missouri Lodge of Research, the Red Cross of Constantine, Philalethes Society, Knight Mason Tipperary Council No. 62, member of the Legion of Honour DeMolay, member of the Holy Royal Arch Knight Templar Priests, Societas Rosicrusiana, and Marshall Chapter No. 408 Order of the Eastern Star. He was Past President of the Board of Directors for the Masonic Foundation for the Prevention of Substance Abuse Among Children, Past President of the Board of Directors for the Masonic Home, a member of the National Sojourners and a member of the Legion of Honor.

Noble Adams was a member of Ararat Shrine Temple, Kansas City, where he received the Crown Jewel of Honor, was past President of the Saline County Shrine Club and served as Hospital Chairman for thirteen years.

Freddie Dale Adams PGM, 80, passed away in Marshall, Missouri on April 11, 2016. He was survived by his wife, Lauretta; son, Don; daughter, Sandra, and granddaughter, Haley. Visitation and services were held at the Covenant Presbyterian Church, Marshall, Missouri.
